IS SHIPPING FREE? 

Yes, shipping is free, with a minimum order of $50. 

WHY DOES IT ASK FOR MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

The shipping address is where you want the linens to be delivered to. The billing address is your home address. 

CAN I GET AN ESTIMATE FOR AN ORDER? 

If you place the items that you would like to order into your cart, it will give you a running total. 

CAN I CALL TO PLACE AN ORDER? 

We do all our orders online; it’s a very easy process and you will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order. However, if you are having issues, feel free to call or text us or use the contact us form. We’re always happy to help! 

ARE TOWELS INCLUDED WITH A SET? 

All our sheet sets include towels for the price listed. You’ll receive 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash clothes with every King, Queen, and Full/Double set you order. You’ll receive 1 of each with every Twin. 

CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL TOWELS? 

If you have additional guests staying or believe you will need more towels, feel free to add Bath Towel Sets or individual towels to your order. 

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY LINENS ONCE WE ARE CHECKING OUT? 

It’s very important that you strip the beds, including the pillowcases, and put everything back in the blue delivery bags that your order came in. Please DO NOT put in any mattress covers, blankets, comforters, shams, etc.!  Once you’ve gathered everything of ours that came with your order, follow the instructions listed on the tags as far as bag placement.  We do not have access to the inside of every unit, so if you’re unsure, please leave them outside the door by 10 a.m. the day of your departure.

AM I ABLE TO PLACE AND RECEIVE AN ORDER THE DAY BEFORE OR THE DAY THAT I’M ARRIVING? 

Yes. However, we put all our orders together and plan our schedule a couple days prior to each delivery day. For that reason, orders placed the day before or the day of, we charge a late fee. Orders placed the day before the date they are needed are assessed a $35 late fee. Orders placed the day of are assessed a $50 late fee. Those fees are payable online, by adding those charges to your cart, if you are placing a late order.  If orders are placed late and that fee has not been added to the order by you, we will send an invoice for the fee which must be paid before delivery will be made.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

It’s very important that you know for sure that linens are not provided at the place you are staying and that you need linens when you place your order.  Orders may be cancelled up to the day before delivery for a full refund.  Any cancellations the same day of delivery will receive a 50% refund.

WHAT IF I GET TO MY RENTAL AND THEY ALREADY HAVE LINENS PROVIDED FOR ME?

Again, please confirm before placing an order that linens are not already being provided.  We cannot have our linens mixed in with linens that may already be provided by someone else.  If we have to pick up our linens or if we arrive to deliver and linens are already provided, we will issue a partial refund of 50%.  If this happens, we encourage you to contact the company you are renting from to get reimbursed.  This has been an issue recently, particularly with one of the large rental companies in the area.
